AlfieTAYLORIt is with heartfelt sadness that we share the news of the passing of Alfie Taylor, who left us peacefully on July 14th 2025.
Born on February 23rd 1944, Alfie was a devoted father and grandfather, whose love and kindness will be deeply missed by his daughters Heather and Vanessa, as well as his cherished granddaughter, Phoebe.
Alfie was a man of great warmth and generosity. He had genuine spirit and made a lasting impact.
He will be profoundly missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A funeral service to honour Alfie's life will be held at St. Martins Church, 133 Main Street, Alexandria G82 4PZ, at 11 AM on Thursday, August 21st, 2025. This will be followed by a cremation at Cardross Crematorium, Main Road, Cardross G82 5HD at 12.15PM.
We invite all who knew and loved Alfie to join us for a celebration of his life at the Balloch House, Balloch Road, Balloch G83 8LQ, from 1.30PM to 3.30PM.
Alfie's spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
